All sessions cater to the unique needs of the individual(s). The time together is thoughtfully prepared. Choose from any of these options below or contact me to create a more unique gift package!

• Private Yoga Session: Intimidated by the yoga studio? Looking to work on specific health or fitness goals? Recovering from an injury? These sessions are great for folks who want individualized attention.

• Two-Person Yoga Session: Looking to 'connect' with someone in a fun new way? Grab a friend or your special someone for some personalized two-person yoga!​
  • 30 minutes, $80 ($40 pp)
  • 60 minutes, $140 ($70 pp)
• Small Group Yoga Session: A unique way to connect with friends!  -celebrate a birthday or plan a Girls Night Out! 
  • 75 minutes:​
    • ​$135 for 3 people ($45 pp)
    • $150 for 4 people ($37.50 pp)
    • $165 for 5 people ($ 33 pp) 
• Spiritual Direction: This one-on-one session is an intentional and prayerful time where you can connect with and hear from God,  tuning in to how God is moving in your life. This is a safe space where the you can speak freely, without fear of judgement, and receive God's grace and love for you.  
  • ​60 minutes, $50

Session prices listed above are held at Injoyoga Studio in Somerville. Add $15 for other locations.

Meditation, Movement & Soul Connection Workshop

​Create some space to pause & notice the beauty around you. Take a little time for yourself. Refresh your spirit through fun flows and renew your mind in guided meditation. Stretch & strengthen your body. We'll end with warm drinks and connection with other lovely ladies.

Yin-Yang Yoga

The first half of the class is a typical vinyasa flow (“yang” yoga) with the second half of the class focusing on slowing down and holding passive, static stretches for longer periods (“yin” yoga). We’ll use props to allow more relaxation in the muscles and to work to the deeper connective tissue layers.

Time: 2pm - 3:15pm
