On of my favorite things about visiting Ohio is my mom's garden. Tonight I made a stir fry using vegetables I picked from her luscious garden - can't get much more fresh or local than that!
Ingredients: Beets, celery, kale, Brussels sprout greens, onion, broccoli, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper. My biggest tip is to avoid overlooking - allow the veggies to keep a bit of crunch.
